We use our handcrafted beers in many of the dishes our kitchen produces daily. Semolina ale bread, beef & vegetarian chilis, cheddar ale soup, and chocolate stout cake are just a few. Using local ingredients whenever possible, from salad dressings to pot pies, our menu is prepared in-house by our kitchen crew. Our baking staff makes all of our desserts from scratch.
